Cultural Schedule 2025
This is the cultural agenda we have planned for 2025, with a variety of activities designed to promote meeting, creativity, inclusion, and diversity. However, we are still working on new projects and initiatives that we will soon share, with the aim of continuing to expand our cultural and community offerings
APRIL
Sant Jordi Day
A group of students from the foundation, accompanied by a teacher, walks through the streets of Barcelona to discover one of the most emblematic and traditional festivals in Catalonia. The goal is to immerse themselves in the local culture and practice the use of Spanish in a real and meaningful environment.
MAY
Gothic Quarter Festival
The foundation, in collaboration with the Pati Llimona Civic Center, joins this traditional celebration with two special proposals. On one hand, Migrant Barcelona, a guided tour led by a historian and teacher that will visit emblematic places in the Gothic Quarter related to the history of migration. On the other hand, at the same civic center, Untranslatables will be presented, an open reading of migrant stories.
SEPTEMBER
La Mercè Festival
As in previous years, for the Mercè festival, our foundation will be part of the program with a series of artistic and cultural activities designed to celebrate and encourage community gatherings. These will be carried out in alliance with various cultural and social entities, and will be open to all citizens.
DECEMBER
Xoconadala
Christmas celebration with students, collaborating entities, and volunteers from the foundation, which fosters a meeting with the BCNLIP community and, at the same time, allows for the delivery of donations and gifts to homeless people supported by the San Egidio Foundation.
