• Our website publishes all the information about our organization, including governance, financial management, and programming.
• The Foundation is subject to the Subsidy Law and the oversight of Public Administrations that grant assistance. Therefore, after receiving public resources to finance part of the projects, the Foundation provides the corresponding accountability to the granting bodies, both nationally, regionally, and locally.  
• We have an administrative procedure to monitor and control payments and a system for overseeing economic operations.  
• Donations are recorded and officially reported to the Tax Office through the 182 Informative Donation Declaration form.
• We publish an annual activity report that includes key results and statistics regarding our activities, projects, human resources, and financial aspects.
• The Foundation is up to date with its tax obligations, fiscal responsibilities, and Social Security contributions. It is also exempt from the Economic Activities Tax and the Municipal Property Tax.

The Foundation’s highest governing body is the Board of Trustees. Its members carry out their duties on a voluntary and unpaid basis. The Board of Trustees meets in an ordinary session at least once a year, within six months after the end of the financial year, to review and approve the annual documents required by law. It also convenes whenever it is necessary to deliberate and make decisions on matters within its competence. Meetings are called by the President or by one of its members, if required.
